Transition

A few years ago, Victor made the leap from software developer to engineering manager. In today’s fast-paced world, is anything but easy. Navigating this shift can feel like swimming against a strong current.

At one point, Victor experienced a personal epiphany: he felt most fulfilled in environments centred around human interaction.

He set out to become the kind of manager he always wished to work with: one who leads with empathy and  fostering a positive, effective culture.

Victor’s leadership philosophy is rooted in happiness. While it may sound idealistic, he firmly believes that when people feel good about their work and environment, they naturally perform at their best. 

Through this blog, Victor aims to share real-life scenarios that managers often encounter, the ones that textbooks rarely address.
